About Me

Interior design has been more than just a profession for me; it's been a lifelong passion that has shaped my journey and defined my purpose. Growing up amidst the constant renovations of my childhood home in Pennsylvania, I learned firsthand the transformative power of creating functional and beautiful environments.

My path led me to pursue formal education at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, where I immersed myself in the world of interior design. During my time there, I not only excelled academically but also took on the leadership role of serving as the president of our Student NKBA chapter. It was during this time that I organized a memorable trip to KBIS for our chapter, an experience that solidified my love for kitchen and bath design.

Upon graduating in 2005, I embarked on a journey that has taken me through various facets of the design industry, from residential interior design, kitchen & bath design, whole home renovations, new build, high-end showroom design associate, to visual merchandising and home staging. Each role has provided me with invaluable experiences and insights, shaping me into the versatile and skilled designer I am today.

In 2017, I took the leap and founded my own interior design business, where I dedicated myself to managing every aspect of the design process, from initial discovery to design management in construction. While this experience allowed me to refine my skills and build a strong reputation among clients and industry professionals, I realized that my true passion lies in design and not in the role of a business owner.

My approach to design is characterized by a strong attention to detail, a systematic mindset, and a commitment to achieving the perfect balance between form and function. I thrive on thinking creatively outside the box and working cooperatively with others to solve problems and bring clients' visions to life.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I have been a committed wife, a hands-on mom, bonus-mom, and cat-mom, finding joy in engaging my family in various hobbies and interests. You will find me supporting my daughter in competitive dance, watching true-crime with my young adult bonus-daughter, attending concerts and shows and glamping any chance we can get. I am deeply involved in my community, creating and facilitating a peer support group for the Young & Widowed community through The HeartLight Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to grief support, and very close to my heart.

As I embark on this next chapter in my interior design career, I am excited about the opportunities for growth, learning, and collaboration that lie ahead. Every step of my journey has brought value and insight that I carry forward into each new endeavor, and I am eager to continue making a positive impact through my passion for design.
